Marth Mariam Samajam

Marth Mariam Vanitha Samajam (MMVS) is one of the major spiritual organizations for all the women members of our parish. The motto of this organization is “Pray, Act, Shine.” This organization is aimed to enhance and enlighten the spiritual and social growth of women and promote Christian values within our families and the church communities. 

The MMVS of our church meets once a month after Sunday service for a time of prayer, Bible reading, Bible study, and discussion for planning services for the church and the community. The meeting is usually presided by our Vicar.  Due to COVID restrictions, the Samajam has been conducted bi-weekly via phone line.  The meetings are enriched with songs, Bible readings, prayer, special messages, and bible classes.  In addition, we partake in charity activities both at the diocesan and area levels to help the needy. We ensure participation in Bible studies, seminars, conferences, and retreats held at the diocesan and area levels.

On behalf of the Samajam, I would like to extend my sincere thanks to our President and Vicar V.Rev. Fr. Paulose Adai Cor Episcopa for his dedication and service to the church. We extend our love and gratitude to Achen and his family for their support. I want to thank God for all the women of this parish and their dedication and commitment to this parish to the best of their abilities.
